By accessing or using LFSOR (Local Furniture Stores On Real), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the platform.

1- Platform Purpose

LFSOR is a digital discovery and communication platform that allows users to browse furniture listings from real, physical furniture stores and communicate directly with those stores.

The platform is intended to help users discover furniture products available in nearby stores and showrooms before visiting them in person.

2. No Online Transactions

LFSOR does not:

• Sell furniture
• Process payments
• Handle orders, shipping, or delivery
• Act as a party to any transaction between users (customer’s) and stores (showroom’s).

All purchases, payments, negotiations, warranties, returns, and agreements occur directly between the customer and the store.

3. Store Listings

Furniture listings, descriptions, images, prices, and availability are provided by independent furniture stores.

LFSOR does not guarantee that listing information is accurate, complete, current, or available at all times. Users should verify product details directly with the store before making any purchasing decisions.

4. User Accounts

Certain platform features, such as chat functionality, may require account registration.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep their information up to date.

Users may delete their accounts at any time through the account settings page, subject to the provisions outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Age Requirement

The platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age.

By using LFSOR, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement or are using the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian were permitted by applicable law.

6. Store Owner Responsibilities

Store owners are solely responsible for the content they publish, including product information, images, pricing, availability, and store details.

Store owners must not publish false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.

LFSOR reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

7. Location Services

LFSOR may request access to a user’s device location solely to help identify nearby furniture stores and showrooms.

Location access is optional and may be disabled at any time through device settings.

LFSOR does not guarantee the accuracy of location-based search results.

8. Communications

LFSOR may provide communication tools that allow users and stores to contact each other.

Users and store owners are solely responsible for their communications and interactions.

LFSOR does not monitor, verify, endorse, or guarantee the content of communications exchanged between users and stores.

9. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Use the platform for spam or abusive activities

10. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, design elements, software, and related materials associated with LFSOR are owned by LFSOR or its licensors.

Users and store owners retain ownership of content they submit but grant LFSOR the right to display such content on the platform for operational purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Facebook, maps, authentication services, or external websites.

LFSOR is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

LFSOR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

LFSOR makes no warranties regarding:

• Platform availability
• Listing accuracy
• Store performance
• Product quality
• Product availability
• User satisfaction

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFSOR shall not be liable for:

• Product quality or condition
• Pricing changes
• Product availability
• Store conduct
• User conduct
• Disputes between customers and stores
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform

14. Account Suspension and Termination

LFSOR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if users or store owners violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

15. Changes to the Platform

LFSOR may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.

16. Platform Discontinuation and Paid Services

LFSOR reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, sell, transfer, or permanently shut down the platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.

Advertising services, featured listings, premium memberships, subscription plans, promotional placements, and similar services offered by LFSOR are digital services provided on an ongoing basis and are not deposits, investments, or guaranteed future benefits.

In the event that the platform is discontinued, shut down, transferred, sold, or becomes permanently unavailable, LFSOR shall have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, compensation, or reimbursement for any advertising fees, subscription fees, premium memberships, promotional services, featured listings, or any other payments previously made, including payments relating to services that have not yet been fully used at the time of such discontinuation.

By purchasing any advertising, promotional, premium, or subscription-based service through the platform, users and store owners acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that such payments may be non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

LFSOR reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

18. User-Generated Content

Users and store owners are solely responsible for any content, images, descriptions, reviews, messages, or other information they submit to the platform.

LFSOR reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

19. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the LFSOR Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

20. Availability of Service

While LFSOR strives to keep the platform available and operational, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LFSOR operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Users and store owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless LFSOR, its owners, affiliates, employees, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of any applicable law
• Infringement of any third-party rights

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
