Location Information

LFSOR may request access to your device’s location only when you choose to use the nearby store search feature.

Providing location access is entirely optional. Users can browse furniture products and general platform content without granting location permission. However, enabling location access allows the platform to identify furniture stores and showrooms located near the user’s current location.

The purpose of collecting location information is to:

• Display nearby furniture stores and showrooms.
• Help users browse products available in stores close to their location.
• Allow users to find and visit local stores where they can inspect products in person before making a purchase decision.
• Improve the accuracy and relevance of nearby store search results.

Location information is used solely to provide nearby store search functionality and to help users discover furniture stores and products available in their local area. Location information is not used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling purposes. 

LFSOR does not collect or track location information in the background. Location access is used only when the user actively chooses to search for nearby stores and showrooms.

Users may revoke location permission at any time through their device settings.

Login via Google, Facebook, Etc. 

• LFSOR does not store passwords from Google, Facebook, or other third-party login providers. We only receive and store the information necessary to authenticate your account and provide platform services.

How We Use Information

• Display nearby furniture stores
• Enable call or chat communication
• Improve user experience

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell user data
• We do not process payments
• We do not store credit card information

Third Parties

Communication between users and stores happens directly. LFSOR does not control or monitor external communications.

Data Sharing

LFSOR does not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information. Personal information may only be shared when required by law, to protect the security of the platform, or to provide services explicitly requested by the user.

User Accounts and Communications

Store owners may create accounts to manage their store profiles and display products on the platform.

Users who wish to use the platform’s chat functionality may be required to create an account. Account information is used solely to provide access to platform features, facilitate communications between users and stores, and maintain account security.

LFSOR does not sell user information to third parties.

Account Deletion

Users who have created an account on LFSOR may delete their account at any time through the account settings page.

When an account deletion request is submitted, the user’s account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes.

Deleting an account may result in the permanent loss of access to certain features, including account history, saved information, and platform communications.

If users experience any difficulties deleting their account, they may contact LFSOR support for assistance.

Device Permissions

The LFSOR mobile application may request certain device permissions, such as location access, solely to provide platform features requested by the user.

Permissions are optional unless required for a specific feature. Users may manage or revoke permissions at any time through their device settings.

Data Retention

LFSOR retains user information only for as long as necessary to provide platform services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of the platform.

Users may delete their accounts through the account settings page. Following account deletion, personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security and operational purposes.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Children’s Privacy

LFSOR is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to remove such information.
